How do I get my blackberry to open on my computer?

I hooked it up via USB and the computer recognizes it fine. I go into My Computer and I click Removable disk (E:) which is the blackberry then it tells me to insert a disk... How do I open my blackberry folders to transfer pictures off it?

It's possible that you are not clicking the right assigned port. On mine I have to click "F". That open my Blackberry and I download my images. If "F" doesn't work for you, try go to your Blackberry manual and look under "Import" or "Troubleshooting."
