How do i clear and restore my blackberry bold to factory settings
Press the menu key
select settings icon (picture of a wrench)
select options icon (another picture of a wrench)
select security options
select general settings
make sure the Content Protection setting is set to Disabled
press the menu key
select Wipe Handheld
check Include 3rd Party Applications (tells it to wipe out any extra apps you've installed)
select Continue
enter the word "blackberry" to confirm
